Team pricing is per seat per year, with four volume tiers. The calculator on the For teams page shows the per-seat price and annual total as you change the seat count. The tiers are listed there in full.
Yes. A seat is a slot, not a person. You can reassign a seat to a new joiner at no extra cost, and the previous learner keeps the certificates they already earned.
No. Once you buy a self-paced course, it stays in your library. Pro subscribers keep access as long as the subscription is active, and keep the certificates on completion.
A certificate names the course, the learner, the date of completion, and the skills demonstrated. It links to a verifiable page. See the Certificates page for a labeled sample.
Self-paced courses can be refunded within 14 days if you have not completed more than the first module. Cohort fees are refundable up to a week before the cohort start date. Team plans are pro-rated.
Yes, a small number per cohort, on application. Email the team to apply; decisions are made before the cohort opens.
