What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, your email, your organization if you provide it, and the messages you send. We collect usage data from your visits to the site and to the learning area, limited to what we need to operate the service.

How we use it

We use the information above to run the courses, to send you the messages you asked for, to keep the dashboard honest, and to give the people who pay for a team plan a view of the work. We do not sell the information. We do not share it beyond the providers we need to operate.

What we keep and for how long

We keep account data for as long as you have an account. We keep completion records so certificates stay verifiable. We keep form submissions long enough to reply and to keep a record of consent, then we delete them on a schedule you can ask about.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we do not need to keep. Email privacy@example.com and we will reply within the time the law requires.

Children

The courses are for professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age the law requires. If you believe we have, write to the address above and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page and, for material changes, we send a notice to the email we have on file.
