The service

We provide cohort-based courses, self-paced courses, learning paths, a learner dashboard, and a team management view. The exact features depend on the plan you buy. These terms apply to all of them.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login safe. If you run a team plan, you are responsible for assigning and removing seats and for the people you invite.

Payment and refunds

Self-paced courses can be refunded within 14 days if you have not completed more than the first module. Cohort fees are refundable up to a week before the cohort start date. Team plans are pro-rated based on the seats you have used. The license calculator on the For teams page shows the pricing math.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you submit. We keep a license to use it to operate the service — to grade your work, to store your progress, and to show the parts you ask us to show, like a certificate. We do not train models on your submissions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, not to share your account outside the people you pay for, and not to use the platform to do anything illegal or harmful. We can suspend access if we have to.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can close it if you break these terms. Your certificates stay verifiable after your account closes; your progress data does not.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of the page and, for material changes, we send a notice to the email we have on file.
